These Terms govern your access to and use of the Doll-Up Hair Salon Company website, including any pages, content, features, forms, applications, directories, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).

The Website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communications concerning Doll-Up Hair Salon Company, Doll-Up Beauty Suites, salon suite availability, suite rental applications, tours, beauty professionals, and related services.

We reserve the right, without liability and to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Website.
 

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you submit through the Website, including through contact forms, rental applications, tour requests, and other inquiries, will be truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

Doll-Up Hair Salon Company reserves the right to reject or discontinue consideration of an application containing materially inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. Salon Suite Availability and Rental Applications

Information appearing on the Website regarding salon suite availability, rental rates, amenities, features, and lease opportunities is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to lease or create a landlord-tenant, licensor-licensee, or other contractual relationship.

Submission of an application, inquiry, or tour request does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or availability of a salon suite.**

All prospective suite occupants are subject to Doll-Up Hair Salon Company's application and approval procedures and any requirements permitted under applicable law.

Any approved occupancy will be governed exclusively by the written agreement executed by Doll-Up Hair Salon Company and the applicable occupant. In the event of a conflict between information appearing on the Website and an executed agreement, the executed agreement will control.

Rental rates, availability, amenities, policies, and other information are subject to change to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Independent Beauty Professionals and StyleSync

The Website may feature stylists, estheticians, lash technicians, and other beauty professionals through **StyleSync**, the Doll-Up Beauty Suites professional network or directory.

Unless expressly identified as an employee of Doll-Up Hair Salon Company, beauty professionals operating from Doll-Up Beauty Suites may operate as independent businesses and are responsible for their own professional services and business practices.

Such professionals may independently establish their services, pricing, appointment availability, deposits, refund and cancellation policies, payment methods, and client-service policies.

The inclusion of a professional in StyleSync or elsewhere on the Website does not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee by Doll-Up Hair Salon Company concerning any particular service or result.

Clients are responsible for confirming service terms directly with their selected beauty professional.

Nothing contained on the Website is intended, by itself, to establish an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or similar relationship between Doll-Up Hair Salon Company and an independently operated beauty business.

7. Professional Licensing and Compliance

Beauty professionals are responsible for maintaining any licenses, registrations, certifications, permits, insurance, or other credentials required for their respective profession or services under applicable federal, Illinois, and local law.

Doll-Up Hair Salon Company does not represent through the Website that any particular service or professional is suitable for a particular individual or purpose.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its contents, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, designs, layouts, branding, software, and other materials, are owned by Doll-Up Hair Salon Company, licensed to the Company, or otherwise used with authorization and are protected by applicable United States intellectual property laws.

The names Doll-Up Hair Salon Company, Doll-Up Beauty Suites, StyleSync, and associated logos, designs, slogans, and brand elements may constitute proprietary intellectual property of the Company.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, no Website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited.

No right, title, or interest in the Website or its contents is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Website.

  • Submit false or misleading information;

  • Impersonate another individual, business, beauty professional, or representative of Doll-Up Hair Salon Company;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website or another user's ability to access it;

The failure of Doll-Up Hair Salon Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the Company's right to enforce it at a later time.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated herein, constitute the agreement between you and Doll-Up Hair Salon Company concerning use of the Website.

These Terms govern use of the Website only and do not supersede, modify, or replace any separately executed salon suite lease, rental agreement, independent contractor agreement, service agreement, or other written contract.

If a conflict exists between these Website Terms and a separately executed written agreement concerning salon suite occupancy or another business relationship, the separately executed agreement shall govern that relationship.
