Our salon suites are $275 per week, giving you your own private, professional space to operate your beauty business, serve your clients, and build your brand.
What’s included with my suite rental?
Your suite comes equipped with the essentials you need to get started, including cabinet and storage space, a shampoo bowl, styling chair, and sink, along with 24/7 building access, a secure entry system, and access to an on-site washer and dryer.
What are the lease terms?
Our standard suite rentals are offered on a yearly lease agreement for beauty professionals looking for a consistent space to grow their business.
